I’m looking for a certain product, how can I find this quickly?

There are four ways to quickly find the product you are looking for:

1. Search (simple or advanced)

When you know the name of the product you’re searching for, you can just fill it out in the search field. Our ultra-fast search function is available on every page.

2. Navigating using categories

When you aren’t looking for a certain product, but rather a solution for your problem or your condition, you can just navigate through our categories. During the navigation the product list changes, so you can see the products that are attributed to this category by our pharmacists. This is definitely the best way to compare some similar products. You can filter the list that’s shown at any time on price, promotion and/or reviews.

3. Navigating using brands

When you are a fanatical user of a certain brand, then it’s probably more useful for you to look for that product using the brand name. When you’ve clicked on the brand name, it’s possible to select a category. You can also filter on price, promotion and/or reviews. The results that are shown can be ranked according to alphabet, price and popularity. Standard the sorting is according to popularity. View the survey of our brands.

I can’t find a certain product. Can you help me?

Of course! It’s possible that the product hasn’t been added to our selection yet. You can easily mail us on and we’ll look into it for you!


I’m not sure which product I need, can you advise me on this matter?

To advise you in a correct way, we recommend you to register on our website and ask your question using our contact form. That way, we dispose of all the details we need to contact you and give you the best advice. During the registration you can also fill out your health profile. This information allows us to provide you with an even better service. A complete and accurate health profile makes it possible for us to give you a better advise, according to your needs.

The packaging and the information on the packaging of the products that we sell through our websites are in French and Dutch.
If the delivery address of your order is outside Belgium, the packaging and the information on the packaging shall not be in the official language(s) of your country.

There is no additional information regarding the product I’m interested in. What now?

We are doing the best we can to complete our database, by often contacting all the labs. We offer around 20.000 products and completing the information and pictures of our products is a priority. When you have some more questions about a certain product, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information. Then we take that opportunity to complete the information on our website.


How do I know whether a certain product is in stock?

All products have a certain status. That status indicates whether the products are in stock in our para-pharmacy or with one of our suppliers. The following statuses are possible:

  • In shopping cart

The product is in stock and can be delivered.

  • Temporarily not available

The product is temporarily not available, but will be later. You can always leave your email address, so you’ll receive a message when the product is back in stock.

  • Product not available

This product has been taken from the market and no longer on sale

  • Product not available

These products are available on doctor’s orders and can’t be ordered online.


You can only order products that are in stock.
